Water Based Screen:

Water Based Laminating Inks are formulated for printing onto PVC for the production of plastic cards. These inks are intended to replace solvent based inks where there is a need or a requirement to reduce VOC (Volatile Organic Content) emissions. Water Based Laminating Inks provide very high lamination bond strengths when compared to other technologies. The inks are also water reducible and exhibit extremely low odour. In addition, screens can be cleaned up with water.

UVILAM UV Laminating Screen:

UVILAM screen inks are a UV curing system designed to combine instant drying and almost infinite screen stability. This range of inks is designed for printing onto PVC material as used for card manufacture. UVILAM inks can be used with coated overlay, or a laminating varnish such as S2871 or S4684 applied before lamination. Due to various grades of PVC used for producing cards, it is essential to test the lamination qualities before commencing a production run.
