Nylon Bag screen inks have
been produced for printing onto nylon and other synthetic fabrics.
They show excellent adhesion, flexibility, opacity and wash fastness.
This range of two-pack inks shows a wide range of adhesion to many
difficult substrates.
Nylonflex screen inks are designed
for printing onto synthetic fabrics such as nylon. These single
pack inks often show adhesion to materials that other inks do not.
They possess excellent flexibility and dry to a smooth satin finish.
Neptune screen inks have been
specifically formulated for direct printing onto cotton and most
polyester/cotton blends. They are a self-curing single pack ink,
which will cure at room temperature. Dried prints retain the same
soft feel as the plain fabric making them very suitable for T-Shirt
printing.
Sublitran screen inks are a
range of heat sublimation inks for the production of transfers by
both flat and rotary screen. These inks are solvent based and dry
by solvent evaporation. By applying heat and pressure to the transfer
in contact with a suitable material, prints of high colour strength
and wash fastness are produced. Suitable materials are polyesters,
nylons, acrylics, PVC, anodised aluminium and some coated plastic
materials. Prints produced on suitable materials have excellent
wash and dry clean resistance.
Waterbased Sublitran inks have
similar properties to the solvent based inks, but wth better definition.
Offset Litho Sublitran inks
produce similar results to the two screen ink versions, but with
the possibility of faster production and finer half tone printing.
