Inks for flexible and rigid PVC, ABS etc

Gloss Vinyl screen inks are designed for printing onto a wide range of flexible and rigid plastics, although mainly used for printing onto PVC, they are also suitable for many types of Acrylics, ABS, Polycarbonate, CAB, coated Polyesters and Cellulose Acetate. These links have very good screen stability and exceptionally low odour. They produce prints that dry with a brilliant gloss, good weather resistance, flexibility and petrol resistance.

Matt Vinyl screen inks are a range of matt inks designed for printing onto PVC and many other plastics. They have good screen stability and dry to a smooth matt finish. Matt Vinyl inks have excellent printability and low odour combined with good lightfastness. Other substrates that may be printed are Polystyrene, ABS, Polycarbonate and top coated Polyesters.

Zephyr Gloss screen inks are a glossy, low odour range of inks for high speed printing of self adhesive vinyls, CAB rigid Vinyl and most types of Polystyrene. Zephyr Gloss inks can also be used on most types of paper and board. All colours are lead free and may be suitable for toys. Prints have very good lightfastness and are weather resistant.

Rapid Gloss Vinyl screen inks are formulated for printing onto flexible and rigid P.V.C. They dry with to brilliant gloss finish. Prints made with Rapid Gloss Vinyl inks have a hard durable finish with good flexibility and faster drying properties than that of standard Gloss Vinyl ink. Rapid Gloss Vinyl inks have good resistance to petrol and alcohol. There is a Rigid Vinyl/Acrylic Thinner available for improved adhesion to rigid substrates such as Perspex and Foamex.
