Litho "UV" Inks for  Plastics Including Credit Cards

1. Uvilam & Uviseal
Both these products are among the leading edge of technology in the production of heat laminable security cards.  They possess high colour strength   and excellent lithographic properties coupled with superior adhesion and lamination resulting in a high bond strength. The special advantage of UVISEAL is its suitability for PVC and PETG cores. Misting is virtually eliminated.  (N.B there is also a UVISEAL waterless version available , see number 4 ) 

 2. UV "Surface print XP " Inks for Difficult Plastics
"XP" inks are designed for surface printing only (no overvarnishing generally required). It is suitable for most plastics especially difficult substrates. For press polishing a higher performance grade of ink should be used.

3. Plasticure
A general purpose  UV  ink for paper, board and plastics

4. "Waterless"
A UV ink for plastics & heat lamination for plastic cards
